Ok now u hav created a new hirarchy
now try make a new file like Download1.xml in the
{TOMCAT_HOME}/conf/Catalina/localhost directory and add the following
lines in that file
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Context docBase="TOMCATDIR/webapps/Download1" path="/Download1"/>
