If one fails, or is taken out of load balancer due to maintenance, I want everything to proceed as if nothing. I could deploy two different context for this, or use two different Tomcats on the same machine, it's just that parallel deployment seems like a perfect fit.. except I cannot control the traffic ;) br /Linus
