PureTLS doesn't use the standard Java keystore format. Consult the PureTLS docs for the correct format. Alternatively, specify sSLImplementation="org.apache.tomcat.util.net.jsse.JSSEImplementation" on the <Connector /> element to use JSSE instead of PureTLS.
