To see your current settings use 'ulimit -a'. If you want to make
permanent changes edit /etc/security/limits.conf
Everything in a system is a file, not just a single webpage, the
default are not enough for your requirements.
Ok now I got it. default value for open files is 1024 and I think I need
to increase open file descriptor limit.
