In unix, opened pipe (stdout/stdin, etc) and network sockets are
considered opened files btw

Everything in a system is a file, not just a single webpage, the
default are not enough for your requirements.
Ok now I got it. default value for open files is 1024 and I think I
need to increase open file descriptor limit.
