Agreed, that's not inclusive enough.

Yes, that should be clearer.

(Poking around, I can't find any doc on how to update the FAQ - it
doesn't appear to be in the source tree, but I might have missed it.)
In any event, if you have suggested wording updates, please submit them
via Bugzilla.
