I searched a lot for the setting of the jconsole to monitor tomcat locally......i got every where it is saying to set or edit CATALINA_OPTS="-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote \ -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=9004 \ -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false \ -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false"
