Good people - I'm new to Apache Tomcat and currently have installed 6.0.18 on a Windows 2008 Server to support a customer application. A vulnerability issue was raised and I have to move to 6.0.20. I've downloaded the file and have tried to run it, but it appears to just install a new instance of the directories I already have. Needless to say, I'm doing something wrong, and assumed that the upgrade was fairly simple.
