Indeed they do. But both ROOT and OpenClinica are subdirectories of
webapps.
Which is why you're getting all webapps deployed under both <Host>s.
Use different appBase directories for each <Host> if you don't want
that.
Interesting. Where should such new appBase directories be? Should they
be siblings of webapps? eg /var/lib/tomcat5/abc, /var/lib/tomcat5/def, etc?
