Are "in" and "out" instance variables? They should be method variables,
like
public void doGet(...) {
ServletOutputStream out;
InputStream in;
...
in = new FileInputStream(tmp);
...
}
else concurrent calls to your servlet will mixup your "out" and "in"
variables.
