I think the general feeling is that it's a JVM bug - but no-one can work
out what it is.  I can't even work out how to get 115 characters out of
a normal file path.

Can you move the installation from:
 D:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 6.0

To:
 D:\Tomcat60


?
