Thanks a lot for your quick response.

I have uncommented the servlet mapping in web.xml in conf directory of tomcat 
and it has resolved our issue.


Now we are successfully able to upload the file.

Please read about invoker servlet. It's disabled by default. So I guess you 
were never able to upload files.
