In attempt to avoid replying in the other 'noisy' thread, I will ask this
question, though... is there a tomee JIRA that can inform or keep us
updated when OWB is updated in tomee?

tomee snapshot page[1] says OpenWebBeans 1.2.0, while the tomee 1.6.0
snapshot ZIP file contains OWB 1.2.1 (2013-05-13).

I ask, because I usually follow TOMEE-740[2] to follow when TomEE is using
new/latest version of Tomcat, and I follow TomEE issue list (sort = issues
most recently updated)[3], and I don't think I've seen an issue related to
updating OpenWebBeans version in TomEE. I think I remember one that
mentioned OpenWebBeans 1.1.8 (weeks/months ago, in the past).

Okay, never mind, I just looked again, and I recognized that TOMEE-899[4]
still says OpenWebBeans 1.2.0. A lot of times (not always), before/after I
download new version of a JAR/dependency, I like to scour the issue list
and see what has changed. I was not aware of OpenWebBeans 1.2.1
(2013-05-13) until after discussing latest tomee 1.6.0 (exception) in the
other/noisy thread. (lol) :)
