tomee trunk uses 1.2.1-SNAPSHOT because owb 1.2.0 was under vote but it was
cancelled and we'll stick to 1.2.0 soon

> In attempt to avoid replying in the other 'noisy' thread, I will ask this
> question, though... is there a tomee JIRA that can inform or keep us
> updated when OWB is updated in tomee?
>
> tomee snapshot page[1] says OpenWebBeans 1.2.0, while the tomee 1.6.0
> snapshot ZIP file contains OWB 1.2.1 (2013-05-13).
>
> I ask, because I usually follow TOMEE-740[2] to follow when TomEE is using
> new/latest version of Tomcat, and I follow TomEE issue list (sort = issues
> most recently updated)[3], and I don't think I've seen an issue related to
> updating OpenWebBeans version in TomEE. I think I remember one that
> mentioned OpenWebBeans 1.1.8 (weeks/months ago, in the past).
>
> Okay, never mind, I just looked again, and I recognized that TOMEE-899[4]
> still says OpenWebBeans 1.2.0. A lot of times (not always), before/after I
> download new version of a JAR/dependency, I like to scour the issue list
> and see what has changed. I was not aware of OpenWebBeans 1.2.1
> (2013-05-13) until after discussing latest tomee 1.6.0 (exception) in the
> other/noisy thread. (lol) :)
