Hello, that file you are trying to execute is the binary itself, so on
that one you can just execute it, if that folder is not in your path(which
seems to), just add ./ at the beginning of binary => ./traffic_server and
try again. The other one(trafficserver, a script) you can
add {start|stop|status|restart|condrestart} and play with it.
