AjaxDocumentDownload is being used to download and render the document. This is 
fetched from Oracle UCM using Remote IntraDoc Client.

4.In which browser(s) the problem appears ?
As reported by the application user, response to this question is, PDF download 
is working on Firefox and not working on IE.

Hi Seshu,

There’s only an issue in production environment. If you enter a contract 
number, you can retrieve the contract document regarding the contract by 
clicking the ‘download bestand’ link. The document should be displayed in PDF. 
If you click on the link, a new browser opens up but no relevant data is shown.

I’ve added a printscreen from testenvironment where functionality works as 
expected and from production were the issue appears.

This should give you all necessary information.

not presented in the right format.

Hello Seshu, Ruud,

I asked our maintenance team to provide communication logs between SS and ECM. 
Hover ever after investigation they found out, that at least from 1st of April, 
there was no other letter received by SS then ‘G2’  - and this one is not being 
sent to ECM.
Therefore I cannot support you with any communication.
AM team already started investigation, what is going on.

Sorry that it took so long, but since we are dealing here with production I had 
to go via tickets process…

ECM4Signature is successful or not.

Orderdetails and letters to customer generated by OneCRM-Streamserve are not 
available in Signature for orders confirmed in Siebel from 25th March until 
now. All orderdetails and letters before 22nd March can be retrieved in 
Signature.
The screenprints give an example of an order before 22nd March and after 25th 
March. Please check why orders after 25th March cannot be found in Signature. 
Is the interface between Streamserve and Signature up-and –running?
