You just need WikiManager plugin and xar you can find at http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/WikiManagerApplication and http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/WikiManagerApplication with quick instructions on how to use it. Also as WikiManager depends on ApplicationManager you will also as to install it before a least to have XWikiApplicationClass (http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/ApplicationManagerApplication).
