From the links below, I have four files: 1) xwiki-plugin-wiki-manager-1.0-milestone-1.jar placed in the "web-inf/lib" folder 2) xwiki-plugin-application-manager-1.0-milestone-1.jar also placed in the "web-inf/lib" folder 3) xwiki-application-wiki-manager-1.0-milestone-1.xar installed into the main xwiki 4) xwiki-application-application-manager-1.0-milestone-1.xar also installed into the main wiki
Going to shutdown full servre (eliminate any spare processes that may be holding it open) and try again.
