Yes, the Upgrade button is there, but clicking it brought me there (the error message was not there initially and the wizard had asked me which version I'm upgrading from. I answered 6.4.1). And clicking it again makes the screen busy for a few minutes and returns to the same screen. It seems to be stuck in this loop. I found out that in Chrome I can hit Later and it lets me through to the Wiki, until the next login. And this screen takes it time, so quite annoying. Well at least it is a workaround.
