Pretty small. Without more detail I don't have much idea of what would be your issue.
If there is nothing sensitive in that XAR and you can reproduce with standard jetty/hsqldb package what you could do maybe is create an issue on http://jira.xwiki.org and attach the XAR there so that we can reproduce and debug.
