ERP Infrastructure Lead is required to support the technical infrastructure that all team members will rely on. The Technical Infrastructure Lead will be required to perform the following tasks: Work with vendors to complete the installation and testing of the production and development environment including server(s), software applications, and database applications; Database management including version control; Management of the servers that support the applications, including web servers; Implementation and support of tools to support change control, version control and testing; Migration of the application to the production environment (in conjunction with the entire Technical Team); Facilitate the server and database aspects of performance to ensure optimal network and application response time; Apply and test product patches for the Operating Systems, Databases and PeopleSoft applications; Implement the database security setup for the implementation; Create, test and execute against back-up strategy; Document technical environments and standards and processes; System monitoring and Working knowledge of SAN Strong oral and written communication skills Provide feedback to management on a regular basis Direct the infrastructure team members' activities Remove obstacles and lead communications as needed to ensure timely completion of Project activities; Manage the Scope, Schedule, and Budget for competing priorities that have aggressive timelines. 2) PeopleSoft Security Position Business analyst needed to design and implement the *system security approach for the Clients project*. He/she will work closely with functional and technical teams to define, configure, and implement the security environment for PeopleSoft. Responsibilities include management of security roles and profiles across all PeopleSoft environments, creation of access request and authorization processes and procedures as well as design of approach for converting legacy system security to PeopleSoft system security. This position may supervise a security team of 1-3 people. Preferred candidates will possess the following: Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science or related area plus 3 years experience performing security administration in a complex PeopleSoft environment. Knowledge of PeopleSoft workflow rules, roles and routings, Application Engine, Component Interface and People Code development and security role development including department tree maintenance and dynamic role processes desired. Selected candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented. Background working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is a plus. 3) PeopleSoft Functional/Technical Reporting Position PeopleSoft technical/functional resource sought to assist in both design and development of reports as part of the University's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Implementation. The system is running on a Solaris platform with an Oracle database. Deep PeopleSoft experience along with strong communication skills is essential. Preferred candidate will have worked with Campus Solutions and have exposure to PeopleSoft Version 9 with Tools 8.49. Functional/Technical experience is essential. Demonstrated expertise in Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, SQR, Change Assistant, DataMover, Component Interface, and Process Scheduler preferred. Experience and knowledge of service oriented architecture also desirable. Familiarity with XML Publisher and Crystal Reports also useful.
