*PeopleSoft Functional Business Analyst*
*Madison, WI*
*3 year contract*
Assists with the development and maintenance of the PeopleSoft package.
Customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of
client/server applications. Tests PeopleSoft configuration to ensure the
system is meeting corporate needs. May require a bachelor's degree in area
of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide
degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a
supervisor or manager.

- *Functional Business Analysts:*
- HCM experience with a focus on Time & Labor
- HCM experience with a focus on Benefits Administration
- Finance experience with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Billing
- Finance experience with a focus on General Ledger and Reconciliation
- *Technical PeopleSoft Administrator with performance monitoring
experience*
*Must Have Skills:*
- Develop Functional Requirements *10 Yrs.
- Analytical/problem solving skills * 10 Yrs.
- Ability to navigate and query a relational database (Oracle) to both
develop reports * 10 Yrs.
- Develop design specifications * 10 Yrs.
- PeopleSoft Application Designer * 10 Yrs.
- PeopleSoft Application Engine * 10 Yrs.
- PeopleSoft Configuration Manager * 10 Yrs.
- PeopleSoft Data Mover * 7 Yrs.
- PeopleSoft Integration Broker * 7 Yrs.
- Business Process Improvements * 10 Yrs.
- Ability to perform testing of applications, facilitate testing by
others, document results * 10 Yrs.
