NO TRAVEL This role is mainly a consultative role and would be the second person in our Professional Services group. The ideal candidate is a Big 4 alum or similar consulting background. This person must have experience working directly with external clients at the VP level or above. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of data analytics, behavioral analytics or business intelligence in the retail or e-commerce space. CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER The Client Services Manager (CSM) serves as the liaison between Proclivity Systems and our clients. The CSM is involved in the full client lifecycle, from pre-sales to initial client onboarding to ongoing client management and servicing. He or she must be able to understand our clients' businesses, their specific needs and how we can use our system and expertise to best help them achieve their business goals. In performing these duties, the CSM will be a combination of sales engineer, senior data analyst, project manager and engagement manager. The CSM must have excellent communication skills, good risk management skills and a proven track record in direct client interaction and client management. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 6+ years in a client-facing consultative role 3+ years at a Big 4 or similar consulting firm 3+ years data analyst experience across various industries E-Commerce, Retail or Consumer Goods experience required Strong understanding of data analytics or business intelligence required Strong client interaction and client management skills required Strong risk management skills required Good project management skills required Pre-sales experience required Data warehousing or OLAP experience a strong plus Email resume in Word to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please include the job code for the position with your resume.
