Job Title : Maximo Technical Developer
Location: BaltimoreMaryland
Duration: 6-9 months

Responsibilities:
Contributing to the technical delivery of Maximo 6 functionality for our CPG customers
Facilitating and participating in user meetings/discussions to confirm and refine technical designs
Documenting Maximo design Understanding of and assisting with Maximo development and configuration particularly field controls, work flows and
escalations
Resolving application issues and determining reasonable approaches to address them
Identify and address application performance and integration issues
Understanding security profile & groups - adding and removing application functionality
Maintain / upgrade Maximo environments:
Ø Regression testing of patches and hotfixes
Ø Use Maximo Application Designer, Field Controls, etc.
Ø Understand CE's instance strategy
Ø Performance and Systems monitoring
Ø Software migrations
Ø Change Control and change management
Ø Interact with business users to provide guidance on the use of Maximo functionality
Ø Collaborate with internal SupportCenter
Ø Developing and maintaining custom interfaces using TIBCO
Ø Developing and maintaining MEA queues and rules
Requirements:
Technical: 2-3 years experience in a development environment including, but not limited to:
1. Maximo version 6 experience (or certification)
2. Extensive experience in a position involving technical design, applications development and/or systems integration projects with Maximo
3. Configuration and integration experience using Maximo version 6
4. Analysis/Design/Development experience demonstrating value-added achievements
5. Experience in use of the Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA)
6. Experience with Actuate Report design and deployment
7. Familiarity with the implications associated with a Single Org/Multi-Site configuration
8. Experience with SQL (Oracle and Microsoft)
9. Experience with PL/SQL
10. Ability to develop, unit test interface components as required.
11. Excellent knowledge of or prior experience demonstrating the ability to create interfaces; experience with TIBCO is preferred.
12. Ability to tune SQL for performance.
Required Skills:
· Works well in a team environment including internal resources and systems integrators
· Excellent listening skills
· Requires minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of, or work experience in the Energy/Utilities industry especially Asset Management
Experience interfacing with Oracle Financials 11i - Inventory and Purchasing modules
Physical requirements, working conditions, and other factors to consider:
Overtime when required by work schedules and workload.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
· Minimum 4 years related technology experience.
· At least 4 years of related experience in a corporation of comparable size and complexity, including at least 2 years specialized experience in related field.
