Dear Bill, Greg and All,

Surely megapeople is OK - if inelegant - as long as it is spelled out.

Mpeople is a construction that includes a (correct) SI prefix symbol, but
combines it with the spelled out word 'people'; and to the best of my
knowledge, there is no internationally agreed, and supported, symbol for
people.
