Well, I disagree with you and Nick. He could have been more emphatic -- and
then he would have sounded like a kook. That doesn't help the cause. One
has to assume that the person on the other end has half a brain, and the
point was made strongly enough for that assumption. The reply may not have
been, "Thanks, I'm glad you like our bag," but the respondant got the point
that the product, which includes the package, is appreciated.
