I think Han was referring to the 'once liquide' being used in Canada, but it's certainly true that many perfumes on sale in the UK have FL OZ in first place. It's also clear (though it rarely says so) that these are US FL OZ, not UK ones. I wonder how many people (including our BWMA friends) are aware of this?
