2003-03-08 Are you trying to format within plain text? It won't work. You can't rely on plain text to produce proper columns and rows. You need to do it in a program that can do it, and then cut and paste it into a "rich text" (HTML) document. If you know how to program in HTML you can do it directly there.
But, if you want to keep trying using plain text, be my guest. Don't let me stop you from wasting your time.
