Thank you Pat, I already have your article downloaded on my computer and
have been using it to convert to cooking with the SI.
The one area where I cannot convert is temperature. I have yet to see
Celsius oven here in the USA. Even if they do exist here, I am a renter and
thus I have no choice in my major appliances.
While I already have other metric cooking supplies, I have noticed that they
are becoming a rareity on some store shelves where they use to be plentiful.
This is all part of the USA's backslidding on metircation that started when
the Republicans came to power and is likely to continue as long as they
remain in power.
