If you look closely, you'll see that it says 0,4, rather than 0.4. This is
in spite of the fact that New Belgium is an American company.

Picked up the glass in the picture in Gunnison, Colorado. New Belgium makes
"Fat Tire Ale," amongst others. (http://newbelgium.com/index.php) 

The 0.4 L graduation is as accurate as I can measure it with a graduated
cylinder.

Wonder why 400 mL is marked (versus, say 500 mL).
