OK, I submitted mine. It wasn't as good as what some people wrote, but I had limited time and didn't want to overstate my level of knowledge on the subject. I basically said "proposal good, units bad, metric awesome, fluid ounces silly". Though, I tried to be a bit more serious and diplomatic than that.
