Why do you bother with taking words in a discussion out of context? That doesn't improve on the scientific accuracy of the usage of the words, nor does it clarify the matter of how the usage of a word might be context sensitive.
Are you now implying that BIPM or NIST are responsible for your opinions about word usage?
