[USMA:42833] Automotive settings (Prius)

If there is anyone reading this who knows of software, or Toyota dealer 
services, that would enable one to switch a US model Prius to Canadian 
settings, please let me know.  No one on the excellent priusonline.com 
or at any Toyota source I have found seems to have any info at all on 
how to do this.  I can switch to km/h with a button push, but that is 
about it.

I had a Honda Insight a few years back that allowed one button push to 
change absolutely everything to metric, or back again.  Great solution, 
costing the manufacturer pennies, I bet.
