Correct. A person's weight was traditionally measured in stones and pounds (as opposed to babies, who were measured in pounds and ounces, giving two different scales of awkwardly factored units for human weight depending on age).

Kilograms are gradually replacing the use of stones and pounds (American style pounds only were never used here), but body dimensions are always the last things that are converted.
