Yes, I am sure about that. That is why I wrote it.

I don't call it anything. In laying out a page I have never had any need to go 
beyond an accuracy of 1 millimetre. Almost always, in our publishing business, 
we design pages to fit the "A series" of paper sizes that are specified in 
millimetres.
