The Apple PAGES word processor on my Mac can be set to use centimetres for it's
margins and other document measurements, as Pat has noted.
However, mine does NOT divide the scales into halves and quarters of a
centimetre. On mine, the centimetres are divided into halves only.

It also allows me to select indentations, tabs, etc. in tenths of a centimetre
and even hundredths of a centimetre (but not thousandths, which wouldn't be
very useful anyway).

However, Pat is correct in noting that these things cannot be set in
millimetres.
