Harry, Where do you find evidence that “... foreign manufacturers .. manufacture in inch-pound…”?
I believe that they manufacture primarily in SI Units of Measurement! It may make sense for foreign manufacturers to continue to manufacture in inch-pound for a while so US sellers can change their packaging, etc., but it is incredible to read that Chinese publishers drop down to using inch-pound in their own documents, even if they are in the English language.
