I did a Google search for the Zoe Electric Car and found much information.
Yes, the Zoe Battery is a Lithium-Ion Battery.

My guess is that you do not have much loss of range while running the Air 
Conditioning
in hot weather is that the Lithium-Ion Battery is most efficient in hot weather.

I still do not know if and when the Zoe will be available in the USA to replace 
my
2000 Honda Hybrid Electric Car which surprisingly continues to run well on its
replacement, second, Nickel-MetalHydride Battery.  I don’t expect it to last 
much longer.
