Hi Gene, As far as I know, the Nissan Leaf is approximately the same car in the USA as the Zoe is here, albeit a bit longer which applies to most vehicles for the US market. Apparently they chose the name Zoe from ZerO Emission.
I agree the battery does better in warm weather. I’m impressed your Honda is still on it’s second set of batteries, I’m wondering how long mine will last. It’s avery pleasant vehicle to drive, automatic transmission, only one speed so no gears. Has all the latest electronics, ABS, traction assist, brake assist, rear camera, a beeper if you put it in reverse and anything is near the car. USB port, hands free phone connect thru the cars speakers. I found my daughter in the US can call my mobile on Face time for free and if I’m in the car it comes thru on the car speakers, there is also a microphone under the rear view mirror. The biggest irritation or design flaw is the reflection off the dashboard which is very annoying, I have polarising glasses that get rid of the reflection.
