Could you share with us the output of the (newly) failing uhd_usrp_probe?

And you confirm that the SAME device works from Linux under the same physical configuration?

uhd_usrp_probe --args addr=192.168.10.2,type=n3xx,product=n310

If that *still* fails, then you probably have a much-older image on the N310, and should follow the directions for updating it:
