Thanks for the report. I have fixed those nits in the 2.6-current, 2.6.23, and 2.6.18 patch sets. However, please note that the arch code in that set (mostly what's in the regset patches) is now more or less dead. The user_regset work now upstream in -mm has replaced this part of the utrace patches. That version of the code already does not have these problems.
