Can't confirm or deny but I admit it is fun to see what different things those sorts of things are running. In one airport I saw some computer controlled lockers and it had a WinNT bluescreen showing. I hope they didn't need to unlock any lockers. :) At the local Kroger in my hometown in Georgia, their self-checkout things are also running some sort of windows. (saw a blue screen there too). The information kiosks at the Circuit City in Georgia were running linux but I don't remember which obscure distro it was. The Continental Eticket machines ran OS/2 last time I checked. (Not sure if this is still true). Fun stuff. :) -- Michael Golden <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
