The usage of midnight.vim is deprecated.  :)  Use midnight2.vim instead,
IMO, it is much more aesthetically pleasing.

You forgot to mention the best colorscheme of all!!  Tomatosoup.vim.
Search for it!  It is hands down my best colorscheme.  :)

Let it be known that I never would have written a colorscheme if it
wasn't for Hans' Colorscheme template, which can be found on vim.sf.net
as well.
