Definetly check out taglist.vim on the vim.sf.net site.  They have
instructions on how to set it up. You also need ctags installed but they
tell you what all you need and where to put what.  I've been using this
for a while and I love it.  I still wish I could get autocomplete
working in vim.  Now that would be SLICK.
