I was dual booting windows XP and Linux. I plan to purchase an additional harddrive that I am going to put linux on, so I removed it until then. However, I also removed the boot partition, so my computer doesn't boot unless I boot off a grub floppy which I can then use to chainload the windows bootloader. I would like to fix the Windows bootloader until I get the new hard drive, whereupon I'll reinstall linux and grub and all will be well. Does anyone know how to make the XP bootloader run by default so I don't have to use the floppy?
