I have an smc2632w card and what I remember when setting up the kernel, I implicitly told it that I wanted pcmcia installed. Once it installed it, it asked if I wanted to remove it because I didn't need it, and being a moron I told it no. So now the thing is not recognized when I install it. I did install the pcmcia-cs, *-source and also the wireless-tools, but it didn't recognize the connection and all I have is the standard eth0 and lo for ifconfig.
