I'll second that recommendation. I've met quite a few people who don't
know how email works and don't realize why sending spam is bad. They
don't realize the volume that it generates, nor that it ends up costing
the recipient money. I would doubt he's aware of the Utah anti-spam law
or that he's probably violating BYU's network TOS. I like the idea of a
gentle reprimand with the subtle threat of destroying his life.

Protests, lynching... I miss out on all the fun stuff.
