Unless he is a career spammer or repeat offender, he does deserve an ounce of leeway here. We have to give our fellow BYU student the benefit of the doubt on this one; he may really be clueless on the issues. A gentle reprimand from a few folks may help him realize the error of his ways.

But, after that, if he does it again, then we should lynch him.
