Oh, don't worry.  Holy wars don't cause the list to cause the list to
disintegrate; they bring it to life.  We love every moment of them!  And
what do you mean by vi vs. emacs?  People actually use emacs when
there's an alternative like vi?  That'd be like someone using Debian
with Gentoo around.  It just doesn't make sense.
