Okay, here it is:

http://www.halcrow.us/filmwatch/

Current features of MPlayer+EDL include:

 - Intelligent muting behavior
 - Chapter awareness for DVD streams
 - Mute and skip capabilities

The patch against the CVS head is here:

https://www.halcrow.us/filmwatch/edl0_6.diff

Current Filmwatch web site features include:

 - User accounts and sessions
 - User submissions of movies and events
 - Community moderation

The TODO lists are as follows:

Mplayer+EDL:

 - XML-based EDL files
 - Screen blanking and filled box filter support
 - Enhanced seek recovery
 - Cross-chapter events
 - Patches for 0.90 and 0.91

Filmwatch web site:

 - Some notion of robust security
 - Installation script and documentation
 - Make it pretty (Hans has made some progress on this, but it still
   needs work)
 - Get a real certificate (I'm too cheap for this)
 - Support batch/group selecting of events based on severity,
   category, etc.

In general:

 - We need testers. Andrew McNabb is so far the only one ever to
contact me about a bug in MPlayer+EDL or Filmwatch.
 - We need people to submit timecodes. It's there, and it's ready for
   action.
 - We need something like www.filmwatch.us, and I'm too cheap to lay
out the cash for it too.
 - We need a better connection than an ADSL with an dynamic IP
address. I'm too cheap for that too.
 - We need publicity (but please do NOT submit this to Slashdot until
we have a decent server and connection :-).
 - We need to investigate this other Filmwatch group that's in Europe
to see if it's in any way related to what we do. Maybe a new name
   will be needed?

Mike
